Flammkuchen
Ingredients
1 c AP flour
1/4 t salt
3-4 t olive oil
1/2 c water
2 T sour cream
1 1/2 oz pancetta or bacon
2 T dry white wine
1/2 white onion (thinly sliced)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Combine first 4 ingredients and knead until a dough forms.

Let rest for 30 minutes.

Divide in 2.

Lightly flour on 2 pieces of parchment paper.

Roll out dough to about 1/8 inch think.

Place parchment paper on baking sheet.

Spread sour cream on dough and add toppings.

Drizzle wine on top.

Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
