Ingredients
Kuchen Dough
Kuchen Custard
Fruit (apples (par cooked), blueberries, peaches, etc)
Cinnamon
Directions

Pre-heat over to 350o.

Place enough dough in a pie pan to cover the bottom and push up the sides.

Add custard to almost fill the crust (leave room for fruit).

Add desired fruit.

Sprinkle with cinnamon/colored sugar (if desired).

Allow dough to proof in the pan for 2-3 minutes.

Bake at 350 o for 15-20 minutes (crust is lightly browned).

Remove from heat and cool.

NOTE: Completed kuchen can be frozen in airtight bag/container for up to 2 months.
