Ingredients

  • Kuchen Dough
  • Kuchen Custard
  • Fruit (apples (par cooked), blueberries, peaches, etc)
  • Cinnamon
  • Directions

    1. Pre-heat over to 350o.
    2. Place enough dough in a pie pan to cover the bottom and push up the sides.
    3. Add custard to almost fill the crust (leave room for fruit).
    4. Add desired fruit.
    5. Sprinkle with cinnamon/colored sugar (if desired).
    6. Allow dough to proof in the pan for 2-3 minutes.
    7. Bake at 350 o for 15-20 minutes (crust is lightly browned).
    8. Remove from heat and cool.
    9. NOTE: Completed kuchen can be frozen in airtight bag/container for up to 2 months.
