Ingredients
2-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (divided)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (divided 2 way)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla
1 package caramels
1/4 c whipping cream
1-1/2 cup peanuts, or preferred nuts (roughly chopped)
Directions

Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray (helps parchment to stick).

Place a layer of parchment paper on the bottom of the pan.

Add 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter to a small pot on the stove on medium heat.

Heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

Pour chocolate and peanut butter mixture into prepared pan and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Melt butter, sugar and evaporated milk on medium heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

Add marshmallow fluff, vanilla and peanuts and stir until well incorporated.

Pour nougat on top of chocolate layer and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Melt caramels and cream on low heat until smooth.

Pour caramel on top of nougat layer and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Add 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter to a small pot on the stove on medium heat.

Heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

Pour chocolate and peanut butter mixture into prepared pan and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut into desired sizes and freeze until use.
