Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber (seeded, grated and dried in paper towels)
  • 1 pint plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ c sour cream
  • 1 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 1 ½ t garlic salt
  • 2 T fresh dill (more to taste)
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Directions

    1. Seed, grate and dry the cucumber in paper towels.
    2. Add the cucumber and the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
    3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).

    Notes

  • Makes about 3 cups.
