Tzatziki
Ingredients
1 English cucumber (seeded, grated and dried in paper towels)
1 pint plain Greek yogurt
½ c sour cream
1 T white wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 ½ t garlic salt
2 T fresh dill (more to taste)
Freshly ground pepper
Directions

Seed, grate and dry the cucumber in paper towels.

Add the cucumber and the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
Notes
Makes about 3 cups.
